Production Process
Step 1: Preparation of E-glass fiber
Step 2: Mixed the E-glass fiber with the resin solution.
Step 3: The fiberglass and resin are solidified together, and we can get the fiberglass inner core after extrusion at high temperature.
Step 4: Prepare raw materials (ABS) with different colors as protective layer according to customer needs, wrapped with fiberglass inner core.
Step 5: After the fiberglass rod is extruded, we can print the meter mark or logo on the fiberglass rod.
Step 6: Roll the rod with different length in steel frame
Step 7: Hydraulic compressing the copper head on the two rod’s ends to make sure fasten without any loose.
Step 8: Plastic belt packing all around the steel frame and taking it in the carton.
